Prior to joining OCON Healthcare, Ms. Schardinger built up a Swiss Pharmaceutical Company (Gynial AG) as Managing Director - a Women’s Health Firm focusing on bringing innovative contraceptive solutions for women to the market.

Dr. Lyndsey Harper, Founder and CEO of Rosy

Dr. Lyndsey Harper is the Founder and CEO of Rosy. Rosy is on a mission to create solutions that empower women on their journey toward sexual wellness. The mobile platform helps women improve their intimacy and relationships by connecting women to virtual care, a library of educational content, self-help classes, erotica, and a judgment-free community. Dr. Lyndsey Harper created Rosy to give her patients and women across the world a fun, modern, evidence-based place to find help for low libido. Dr. Harper is an Associate Professor (Affiliated) of Ob/Gyn for Texas A&M College of Medicine, a Fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health. She has been recognized by Forbes as one of the top women disrupting health tech, as a Top Innovator in Dallas for 2020 and in People Newspapers 20 Under Forty 2020.

Dr. Elise Dallas, Safeguarding and Clinic Lead at Babylon Health

Dr. Elise Dallas is a GP with over 15 years of experience and with a keen interest in technology and its application of this to female health. Elise has been working at Babylon Healthcare for the past 5 years (a digital healthcare provider and is dedicated to their mission to ‘put an accessible and affordable health service in the hands of every person on earth’). With Babylon, Elise has been the GP for ‘Ask the Doctor’ for Netmums, was Clinical Lead for the Women’s Health Product team, and has spoken about innovations in women’s health at events including The Faculty Sexual and Reproductive Health Annual Scientific Meeting most recently. In addition to her work at Babylon, Dr. Elise is a partner of a London GP practice where she ran the LARC clinic and a mother of two young boys. As well as her work in the UK, she has worked in Papua New Guinea in obstetrics and gynecology and in Nepal where she set up and led remote breast cancer clinics. Currently, she is Safeguarding and Clinic Lead at Babylon striving to transgress boundaries and configure a dedicated Women’s Health service, including a LARC and sexual health clinic which are needed now more than ever, given the current pandemic crisis which has caused a severe lack of provision of these services and adversely affected women's health once again.

Mylene Yao, M.D., co-founder and CEO of Univfy

Mylene Yao has led Univfy® from founding through stages of technology invention and commercialization. She is now leading the team to scale Univfy's platform services. Her vision is to combine healthcare AI, fintech, and scientific validation to power women's access to fertility treatments that are safe and highly effective. Mylene has over 20 years of experience in clinical and scientific research in reproductive medicine. Prior to founding Univfy, she was on the faculty at Stanford University, where she led NIH-funded fertility and embryo genetics research, and developed the Univfy® technology with the academic founding team. Shardi Nahavandi, co-founder of Pexxi

Architect turned scientist, Shardi Nahavandi has extensive experience in sales, design, and building user-centric products. Previously she was the Commercial Director of a biomedical manufacturing company in the Middle East. Shardi holds 5 degrees, 3 of which are from UCL including healthtech and endocrinology. Shardi is also a co-founder of Pexxi, a precision medicine platform for female health that dismisses the ‘one size fits all’ approach to hormonal medications.
